Happy New Year! ‘Tis the season for laying off the booze and eating more greens. That’s why this first mocktail of the year is a non-alcoholic rendition of the mojito cocktail, packed with a garden of fresh herbs for starting the year out right. Pair this liquid feast with a power salad and keep those resolutions strong.
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 3 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tsp honey or agave
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 cucumber slices
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 6-8 ounces Oh Hi Ginger Basil Limeade seltzer
Muddle mint, basil, cucumber, and lime juice in your glassware of choice. Add Oh Hi, then fill the glass 2/3 of the way full with ice. Garnish with fresh mint, basil, cucumber slices, and whatever else is clever.
